What makes Charlotte great to you?
Can I say everything? I beam with pride and love for this school! But one of the biggest things for me is the incredible resources we have on campus. There are so many opportunities for both academic and personal support.

If you were an expert in something besides admissions and higher education, what would it be?
Anything music-related! I’d love to be able to play every instrument and sing every choral part (well)!
What’s your favorite thing about the city of Charlotte?
It’s a melting pot of people from so many different cultures and backgrounds!
What’s your one piece of advice for students?
Remember that no two students’ journeys will look the same, and your path doesn’t have to be linear. This is your journey, and there is no timeline you have to follow. Don’t let comparison make you feel like you’re falling behind—trust yourself, embrace who you are, and know that you are exactly where you’re supposed to be.
